Terms of Service
Effective July 11, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any pilot or service engagement with Webotic (“Webotic,” “we,” “us”). By submitting our form or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
The pilot service
The 30-day pilot includes Meta ad creatives, a landing page, an integrated booking calendar, server-side tracking from click to booked appointment, and a daily performance dashboard, as described at the time of engagement. Specific deliverables are confirmed in your engagement letter.
Fees and media spend
The pilot setup fee is $1,500. Media spend is separate from the setup and management fees, is funded by the client, and requires a minimum of $3,000 per month. After the pilot, ongoing management is $2,500 per month with no long-term contract; either party may end the engagement with reasonable notice as set out in the engagement letter.
Client responsibilities
- Provide required account access and approvals in a timely manner
- Maintain the agreed media spend without interruption during the guarantee period
- Keep the offer, service area, and qualification criteria stable during the period
- Follow up with booked prospects to maximize attendance
Ownership
Webotic retains ownership of the advertising infrastructure used to deliver the service, including the ad account, pixel and dataset, ad creatives, and tracking setup. The client retains the booked appointments scheduled on the client’s calendar and the contact information of leads generated during the engagement. On request at the end of the engagement, Webotic will provide the client with an export of those lead contact details.
Consent to contact
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Webotic at the number provided, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or reply HELP for help.
Performance guarantee
The following guarantee applies to the pilot engagement:
Definition
A “booked appointment” is an appointment scheduled on the client’s calendar through the Webotic funnel, by a prospect located within the client’s defined service area, who has completed the agreed qualification questions.
Threshold
Webotic guarantees 10 booked appointments per $3,000 of media spend, over a 30-day period.
Start date
The 30-day period begins on the date the first ad set goes live — not the date of signature.
Remedy
If the threshold is not met, Webotic will manage a second 30-day period at no management fee. Media spend remains the client’s responsibility.
Exclusions
The guarantee is void if: media spend is paused, reduced below $3,000, or interrupted; required account access is not provided within 5 business days; creative or landing page approvals are delayed by more than 5 business days; the client changes the offer, service area, or qualification criteria mid-period.
Attendance
The guarantee covers appointments booked, not appointments attended. Attendance depends on client-side follow-up.
Vertical adjustment
Guarantee thresholds for high-cost verticals (including personal injury law and elective surgery) are set at proposal stage and confirmed in the engagement letter.
Disclaimers
Except for the performance guarantee stated above, the services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee attendance, close rates, or revenue, which depend on factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webotic’s total liability arising out of the engagement will not exceed the fees paid to Webotic for the pilot. Webotic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
The governing law and venue for these Terms are set out in the engagement letter agreed between the parties.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version.
