Privacy Policy
Effective July 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Webotic (“Webotic,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit this website or submit our form. It also describes the rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”).
Information we collect
When you submit our form, we collect the information you provide:
- Your name, business email, and phone number
- Your website and your monthly ad budget range
We also collect limited technical and marketing information automatically:
- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Advertising identifiers and click IDs (such as Meta’s fbp, fbc, and fbclid) and campaign parameters (UTMs) used to measure ad performance
- Pages you view and actions you take on this site
How we use your information
- To contact you about your request, including by phone and text message
- To measure and improve the performance of our advertising
- To operate, secure, and improve this website
- To comply with legal obligations
How we share your information
We share personal information with service providers that help us operate — including our advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta) and the tools we use to manage leads and communications. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for advertising measurement may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under the CCPA/CPRA; see your rights below.
Cookies and ad measurement
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel and server-side measurement, to understand which ads produce results. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them will not prevent you from using this site.
Your CCPA/CPRA rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it
- Request access to, or a copy of, your personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@weboticagency.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by law.
Text messages and calls (TCPA)
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from us at that number, including by automated means, about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or reply HELP for help.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, email privacy@weboticagency.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” You may also enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor where required.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
